Where can I buy Farmi products?

Where can I get product support?

Operation Manuals

All Farmi machines should be equipped with operation manual. If you haven't received one, please contact your Farmi dealer and they will make sure you will get your copy.

Do I get warranty for my machine?

Farmi is liable to defects which appear within a period of twelve (12) months. Farmi is liable only for defects which appear under the conditions of proper use of the product. Farmi's liability does not cover defects arising from faulty maintenance, incorrect operation, technical alternations carried out without Farmi's consent in writing.

How do I make warranty claim?

For any warranty-related questions, please contact your Farmi-dealer. The purchaser shall without delay and in no case not later than two (2) weeks, notify authorized Farmi dealer about the defect. If the purchaser does not notify Farmi of a defect within two weeks, he shall lose his right to have the defect remedied.
